БлогиIt's time to fill up the September page of my diary. This month was not lucky to me. Since the 4 to the15 of September I was having fun nearby Issyk Kul lake. Unforrtunately on my arrival I was poisoned by local food and was trapped in wash room getting... emptied. So two days were written out and during left days I could swim 18km about. Max distance I could swim a day was 3km. Returned home I had a very few day for jogging and total balance sounds like swim-18km, jogging- 69km, walking 84km.
