БлогиAnd so results of August jogging 115km, walking 130km. Meaning month I had the same problems as growing high blood pressure and sick throat. Suffering from it I was forced to reduce jogging for walking. Now i have got tickets into my pocket to Issuk Kul Lake and today I leave Ekaterinburg for vacation with returning home about 17th September. When I get hoime again I will think over my sports activities, something wrong with me and doctors cannot tell anything but say to me that I must drop up jogging.
