БлогиSo there is nothing much to say about my sport results in January because I have still problems with my foot. Nevertheless since first day I have tried to run as much as I could mostly from bus station to local lake for ice-swimming and back. By 20th I could have distance covered about 7km and was glad. 23d I flew to Egypt and continued swimming there. Sometimes I covered distance about 5km a dayby swimming. So my result of January is 57 km most of it was done by swimming.
